My last TT purchase arrived in 35 days. Don't put to much into that "Built by the Amish" business. RV's are built on a production line by workers who get paid by how many "pieces" they complete each day. It is not conducive to quality work. The mental image of devout, bearded men diligently working on your TT with great care is a fantasy.
Agreed, I've never understood the hoopla over "Amish built". Why would I care the religion of the workers? Why not advertise "Catholic built" or "Protestant built"? :B
OP, I hope you get your RV soon and it is everything you wished for regardless of the religion of the builders. :W
I agree with Fla-gypsy it's how many you can get out the door and go home.
Beemerphile the Amish are known for building very high quality furniture. The RV MFG are trying to cash in on this.
There are high end rigs that have quality construction but not very many people have 100K plus to buy them.
