If it's a rear jack, probably OK. My camper sits on two front jacks and one rear jack every time I load or unload the camper. The rear jacks don't lift or lower at the same rate, so one or the other rear jack is usually in the air a couple inches. If it's a front jack, no way, that corner of the camper won't lift off the truck bed.
That said, I'd be very nervous having the camper sitting way up in the air on three jacks. A rear jack a couple inches off the ground is on thing, no jack at all would scare me, even though I know it wouldn't tip.
