As like all the others, have never had a problem but we mostly boondock so I don't need to get permission to unload rig.and if using a paid campround, almost never a private one.
A few points:
1. A few times we have been hit by big winds, mostly on the desert so if off loading, make sure TC is dropped as low as it can go.
2. Solid pads under the feet that are wide enough so you don't sink in soft ground.
3. Level ground if possible.
4. My Happijacks have a lever on the jacks that allow me to raise and lower unweighted legs. Saves a lot of time loading and unloading.
