FWIW, the one I am pretty sure did not allow it was Champagne Lake RV Resorts near Escondido, CA. They said the reason was that in the case of a fire, they could not get the camper out, but they could attach a truck to, say, a FW. That made no sense. If there is a fire, they are hardly going to take the time to tow out all the RVs that cannot get out on their own. (Some are there long-term and are often vacant.)
