There's a law in CA that can be misunderstood.
At issue is if you can occupy a truck camper that is not attached to a truck at a campgrounds. It's supposed to only apply to trailer parks, but some folks don't want to take a chance.
Article 2. General Park Requirements
ยง 2118. Lot Occupancy.
(c) In no case shall a truck-mounted camper be occupied if removed from the truck.
