P.S.- We picked up our second bunk end since we were in the area. Just saying that they do exist. :-)
Our 2004 Aerolite Cub did the same thing. I also used Top Stitch with the exception of I ordered the J-Lock only. I removed the tent from camper and took to a local upholstery shop to sew on new J-Lock to tent and then I reinstalled the tent to camper.
i have the same year and it's the 21tt cub. my front bunk separated at the top. that plastic strip completely split in half. the canvas is still in really good shape though. so i'm guessing i'll need to do what you did. how would i go about fixing it?
