Thinking of buying truck and TC

Great stuff. I will be off road often. We just took a '05 Z71 over Imogene pass in Colorado this summer, over 13000 feet, rough dirt road and trail for about 3 hours. I know I won't be doing that in our TC but we do like gold mine towns and ghost towns and many are remote. Yes, a Dodge 4X4 diesel 1 ton is first choice. I agree and think the smaller space with the wife will be very important, if not #1. It will be a challenge to pick between dually with a slide for space and less access off road or single with no slide and more remote access. My wife fancies herself as a budding photographer and has a great new camera. Remoteness is great for that. I personally just love the thought of going where I want and as far as I want and setting up for the night wherever. We have traveled west 6 times and really love some solitude, back roads and seeing places of this great country that most people will never see. I do not have as much money saved as some but I am building great memories. Thanks.
