Tire Wear

Find a new tire place, I would say.

Unless he is exceeding the payload of the truck that it's seriously tilting in some weird way, and he has some sort of front end maintenance issue, it should not be a problem.

Dealer tire and alignment shop has some pretty dull tools in it, usually...pretty low on the totem pole.

Every Road Warrior has a dry pin in the low to mid 3000 lb dry weight. If his 3500 is an SRW then he's overloaded. some of that may be on the front end as well.

I don't know the weights but is a new Road Warrior 5th wheel.

If it's a 5th wheel then truck must be way overloaded for pin weight to have adverse affect of front tire wear

Might have needed an alignment but it wasn't from towing a 5vr

Blame the customer and an extra helping of FUD is a long tradition at dealers.

By the way, he's a full timer so he tows a lot. Truck probably sees 95% towing.

Yes it "can".............BUT..........and it's a big but.

Otherwise the BS meter is way up.
