When I installed the old Aqua Magic in my Starcraft, I built a riser of wood that raises the toilet 1 1/2". It is now 1" higher than the Kohler in my house. I think I could have gone with the stock height and not have noticed the difference. Measure your S&B toilet height and compare to the Thetford, they may be the same.
