It seems like the camper dealer reneged on the trade amount he first offered. That's something that happens often. Get a buyer interested, then either up-sell or downgrade the trade. Not a deal I'd be happy with either way.
Regardless, it has only to do with the dealer, not with Host.
Forgetting it is my personal belief that most RV salespeople were failures at used cars.....
I'd bet that once the 'deal' made it closer to someone who could actually make one the fact that the most expensive appliance in a OBS TC was broken nixed whatever outlandish trade in offer the front line sales person mistakenly put on the table.
I think I got 500$ for my used 2001 - everything worked but the roof. :)
All of the above is surely not an issue with Host.
