Does really sound like a dealer/salesperson issue. We had bad experience like that and not even trading, just purchase. Deal was all but done like you till we asked about them having checked out all systems and that they were functional. Instantly, and I mean immediately, the camper was "sold" at the dealership same day we were to wire money. Guess we lucked out as something was surely wrong with the unit and we ended up with better deal and lower price a bit later. Count yourselves lucky maybe?
