I thought he was very helpful initially too, and maybe it was his boss who vetoed the deal, which is potentially understandable as well, but not contacting me and saying oops, my boss won't do the deal is not in any way shape or form understandable.
FYI, I still have not heard a single thing from Tom's or Host despite exchanging many many e-mails with both in the process of setting up this deal. It's a little disturbing because I though we had a deal and I had made some financial moves to set up the deal on my end after we had virtually shook on it.
