Torklift customer service

I have a Torklift Superhitch and an extension. Well, the winter was tough on my hitch finish and being just 1 year old, I sent a message to them through their website. I wanted to buy replacment stickers so when I have the hitch powdercoated it would look like new. Not only did they send me the stickers for free, they also included a hat and pocket knife. I felt this was very good and I really like the products and now like the company. Just thought I would share this....

*They wasted almost an hour of my time showing me all the cool new stuff they had.
*The president of the company FORCED me to remove my old Torklift hat and put on a new one.
*They MADE ME take all new stickers for all my Torklift stuff for free.
*I went to the trouble of putting my wallet in my pants and they refused to let me take it out.
*The president brought his lead engineer out to try and solve a unique truck issue I simply mentioned I was having, completely unrelated to do with Torklift.

I'll never go down there again.

Don't blame you, not offering to come to your campsite and cut and stack you firewood is in inexcusable. :) :)

Very seldom read a discouraging post about Torlift; well thought out products and great customer service.
  • Our first time to a Truck Camper Rally in Gettysburg, PA, Torklift donated a bunch of things to be raffled off. I emailed them to thank them and got a personalized response. Nothing but Torklift for me.

I know, right... How dare they not offer to come split my firewood.

    I want my money back.
  • I got referred to their products by a friend of mine who boondocks a lot (in Death Valley of all places.) The Fastgun turnbuckles are a must have after seeing how quickly it was to get them on and off. Plus, with the locks, it does wonders at keeping a would-be thief at bay. I also like their sawhorses.
  • I bent one of my front tie-downs while off loading my camper. I took my truck in to their retail/install store in Kent,Wa. and they sent pics to their main production facility just a few miles away. One day later, I received a call to bring it down so they could take a better look at my problem....two hours later, I had two new front tie-downs on my truck and they wouldn't accept any money..."just wanted to R&D to see if the new model tie-downs (2015) would fit the older chevy trucks". I'm sold on Torklift Internation products.
