towing with 30" overhang of TC

Need some info on towing, my camper has a overhang of at least 30" so is there a special system to buy or do you just get a longer bar for the receiver that comes to the end of your TC, does it put more pressure on the receiver or is that all you need to do. I also want to know if you can haul a train system, I need to pull a 8' trailer and then a boat trailer in line
