JoeChiOhki: Mmmmm, Cheese :) - I'm trying to be more careful these days with what I eat (not that you'd know it from my trip reports), but there certainly is plenty of cheese to be had in Britain. Cheddar is the big seller, but my favourite is Wensleydale, plus the blue cheeses like Stilton - Sally hates it when I eat blue cheese :R
I never could do the Stilton or the Huntsman, either, blue cheese and I don't work well together.
Cotswold is by far my favorite, though I'm partial to any Double Gloucester.
Next time I visit Seattle, I'll see if the cheese shop there has any Wensleydale.
