When we might never know what is behind statistics, I can see several possible and variable explanations.
The only time I used Autotrader in my life was when I could not sell my F450 flatbed. After 6 months AT refunded me my listing fees on unsold truck.
Other vehicles sold on craigslist, so no need to pay high to AT.
