Truck Campers really are an "elite" group
Just ran across this statistic: I was surprised that even the class B market was so much bigger.

When I took a cross country trip from California to New Jersey back in 2012, I saw hardly any truck campers once I got past Utah. Until I was driving through Montana on my way back, I started to see lots of truck campers, in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and back to California.
