I guess since there isn't a truck canopy forum you are legacied into the truck camper forum. Last time I camped like that was a lot of fun. Me and friends in our early 20's heading up into the hills shooting, hiking, eating and drinking. Had a lot of fun. Now I'm in the mid 50's and it's all about the comfort. Nothing like a root-beer float or treat of choice and watching a dvd on the laptop whilst relaxing in bed in the cabover all snug and warm after a great day out somewhere. You'll be back. Maybe.
