Boy, that's a tough call in today's market for vehicles. Not that you were asking for advice, but I would hope they total it. Major electrical fire and newer vehicle...may as well have bene in a flood, IMO.
That said, valuation "should" match the market for a comparable truck.
My efforts now would be in having plentiful evidence of the current retail value of your truck and not settling until you were able to easily buy a comparable truck with your settlement.
