Sadly...these sales folks sell millions based on the metrics discussed here...
The ex's brother makes well over $500K/year as a GM. Was promoted to
that guy inside the sales folks bring you to. Made even more $$$ and
now the GM of the whole dealership (largest in N Cal) making even more $$$
He know almost nothing about vehicles, except for the buz words. Yes,
he is literally laughing all the way to the bank...PS...he's on his
fourth marriage and working on his fifth...
Sad...but so effective on the 'general' buyer out there...
