My point is that just because a salesman is ignorant doesn't mean I should switch brands. Driving from car lot to car lot hoping to find a salesman that can steer you right is ridiculous.
No...Not a chance to prove me right....I gave them a chance to prove my research wrong. Two dealers could not do that. The first one could not. So I gave another one a chance. Neither could that one. Worse than that, he lied about the spec. Here in NH, those two RAM dealers were 80 miles apart. When you cannot get a good answer from the dealers, and your research shows their truck can't handle the job, you go find one that can. Form follows function.
You RAM guys can cut it any way they want. I am not in love with any brand. I bought Ford. Maybe next one will be RAM. Or a GM twin. Or another Ford. But I guarantee if the dealer doesn't know his product, I won't be buying it.
