What does "Part of it we found out is the dealership installed them a little off" mean? How does a tire get installed "a little off"?
Unless the tires you have been using are really lousy, it seems there may be an issue with your front end. If the toe is set wrong you can wear a tire out really fast. Have you had the alignment checked?
