What does "Part of it we found out is the dealership installed them a little off" mean? How does a tire get installed "a little off"?
Unless the tires you have been using are really lousy, it seems there may be an issue with your front end. If the toe is set wrong you can wear a tire out really fast. Have you had the alignment checked?

Something is very wrong, get it checked out.
I'll X 3 this.
My previous vehicle was a 2011 Ford F 350 dually 4 X 4 with the 6.7L diesel.
I too had front tire wear issues UNTIL I aired them up to where they should have been in the first place.
Came from dealer at about 55 PSI. Edges started wearing and boy did they cup badly. Not to mention they also got the notorious death wobble at times going down the road.
Finally, through reading here, realized they were way under-inflated for carrying that heavy diesel engine.
Kicked them up to 75 PSI and gee, all my front end and tire wear problems went away.
I still got over 20,000 miles out of that set of tires.
Good tires can be found in many various brands for you. But if you don't run correct pressures, as I did in the beginning, it won't make any difference what you buy.
