You will love side entrance if you travel a lot.
I have 2 campers and 2001 model of Lance come from AZ. The decals are faded, but years under the sun did not damaged the siding yet.
My 2nd camper has similar floor plan, but with rear entrance offers a bit more of space, when "a bit" is a lot when it comes to TC.
So on long run, I rather have more space (especially in bathroom) than convenience of side entrance.
Go to see the camper, get into shower, close the curtain and see if you can turn without ripping something.
Can you sit comfortable on the throne without opening the door?
Can you get in without pushing the slide?
Where is the wardrobe?
