Are you talking about the lights on the truck or are there lights mounted on the camper? If lights on the camper try unplugging the camper and see if the trucks taillights function properly.
If the lights work when the camper is unplugged you have a problem with the truck that just happens to have a camper sitting on it. At that point ignore the camper and focus on a truck that has a problem with the right turn signal. And yes it could be a blown fuse.
