If the lights work when the camper is unplugged you have a problem with the truck that just happens to have a camper sitting on it. At that point ignore the camper and focus on a truck that has a problem with the right turn signal. And yes it could be a blown fuse.
I am talking about the lights mounted on the camper. All the taillights on the truck - its a Chevy Silverado 1500 - work accordingly, with the camper plugged in or not.
