Does not say what truck is. Does it use seperate lamp brake/turn? Might be in the turn signal switch.
The truck is a Chevy 1500 Silverado from 2007. There is only one wire/connection from the truck to the camper, which connects all electrical stuff (charging the house battery of the camper, tail lights etc.)
GM trucks from 2007 classic and earlier and probably later had a junction plate and connectors for the rear lights and trailer plug mounted on the left rear frame cross member . Good place to check for connectivity or a broken wire .
