On mine, I had my wife look at it because I thought it wern't working but she said Yup, Nope Yup, Nope, Yup, Nope!
Actually on a Chevy, R and L fuses for the TT are in front of the drivers knee Left end. Open the door, pull on the panel and it will pop out. Look on the panel door and it will tell you location of about 14 fuses. The other fuse box is under the hood, L side. Your mileage may vary.
