I would research exactly what the Lemon Laws are in the state you bought the truck in, and if I were in your shoes, if you can make them buy the truck back based on the Lemon Law in your jurisdiction, I would do it.
And or, I would ask RamCare to replace the problem truck with a brand new truck. I would even consider hiring an attorney. That generally gets their attention.
New trucks cost a lot of $$. IMHO, this is unacceptable. Good luck.
Lemon Law requires that you give them three chances to fix the same problem. Then if they have no success they have to buy it back. Doesn't mean you get all your money back You do get charged for the miles you put on it. Not as easy as it seems. You don't just get a new truck because you want one. Nothing some small time attorney can do except charge you a lot. They have attornies too. They are fixing it under warranty, what more can you expect?
