I suspect you're awfully close to reaching the minimum days out of service to qualify. So do your research, then contact a legal specialist to help you file the claim. If you qualify, they'll do it on retainer and you won't owe anything for initiating the process, and FCA will cover the fees. If they happen to get the truck fixed before that duration, you may have to live with the truck a little longer, until the next repair meets that total duration.
