Used Truck camper shopping - Outside damage advise

Two things, The first is the wetness and delamination, I'd be very wary of this. Don't know how many truck campers are for sale in your area but I'd be willing to travel (and did) to find a solid one.

The other thing is how much did you research the 815? I looked at them when I was looking and the ones I saw had very small waste tanks and the shower drained into the black tank, making extended boondocking an issue, at least for me.
