Offer $7500, go to $8k at best and if they refuse keep looking. They're out there.

I looked for 6 months and when I found mine they wanted $13,995 and I offered $8k. They laughed and after giving them my business card I walked out. They called me back the next day and offered it for $10k, I countered with $9000 (including tax) and told them to take it or don't call me back. They took it.
