Thanks all for the advise! Having looked at a couple 815's that were within a couple hours driving distance I am now shying away from the used camper option. Between the size of the tanks, size of the bathroom compartment, minimal storage and potential for water damage( actually saw things the salesmen or owner seemed not to know or care about) being missed on inspection I'm going back to the camper I spent a lot of time researching and feel will best meet my needs.....the Wolfcreek 850. I spent alot of time researching this camper and tried to convince myself to go with the smaller used lance 815 and even considered the lance 845 but my research and used search has brought me full circle back to this camper. These campers all have my preferred floor plan but new just seems the best route at this point. Will see about starting a new thread with the WC 850 details toward the end of July when it comes off the production line. Thanks again for all the input.
