Well, market value is defined as what a willing buyer and a willing seller agree to. Since the age of the rig has so little relevance, the cost/value of all the work you've done is probably the biggest deciding factor.
Normally, you could check PPL's web site for prices of sold units, but something of this age/value probably wouldn't be handled by them, so that reference is out.
To throw out a figure, I would estimate something down in the $1,000 or $2,000 range, but that is something the two of you are going to have to agree on. Good luck.
