Not really. That statement is far to broad or you need to better define usable….
I paid $1200 for this 36 footer all original all appliances working never any leaks… I moved it to a permanent site and except for curtains it was ready to move into… to be used as a camper it would also need the 1990 tires replaced but they held air and worked great for the move of a couple hundred miles… the 24 foot awning was worth the selling price and was the original reason for going to look at it…
I see some usable trailers sold for the cost of removal every year, and have removed a few myself… you just need to look in the right places…
