Just checked. 4AM. Started with 1 quart in a gallon Ziploc bag. Looks to have doubled in size so far with lots of room to go. Big is sealed closed and not a lot of gas off from the yeast. The bag is in a pot just for such a contingency. T minus 5 hours till chow time.
