Good luck with the hot cakes btw. Don't forget to keep the vent open and the fan on low when cooking.
On that note, I just looked at the windows (single pane) and there is no condensation at all on any of them. It's probably because I have my 1000 watt electric baseboard heater running solid the last 5 days keeping things dry.
