Yes the fridge is a 3-way, and that was one of the must haves when I was looking for a used camper. The situation is, that if the truck is not switched on, or hooked up to generator/shore power, there are no lights in the camper. I plan on using propane for the fridge when away from shore power, however it is the simple getting ready for bed at night that I don't want to have to run the generator when we are at the property which has no electric at all.
Simply I want a battery that can be used for simple 12v lighting without requiring the truck to be switched on.
