We too traveled in Europe many years ago, but not as grandly as you both have done! Your report was wonderfilled and full of beauty. I particularly loved the artist's home.
How close were your calculations budget wise? We came out very over cash wise but very pleased with experiences and info gain.

Have you any chance of attending the Mid-Atlantic Truck Camper Rally on the Eastern Shore of Virginia at Tall Pines Camping Resort, in a couple of weeks? If you have not been, it's a TC blast!
