Weep holes/drain holes

Gents, I am about to begin assembling the aluminum frame-foundation
for my C11. Thinking about how to deal with any moisture/water
that might get into the aluminum framed, foam filled,
fiberglass faced panels that will take the place of plywood
panels. Airstream installed drains in the floors of their trailers, tho
I don't know where and how many and how widespread the practice
was/is. Any thoughts? Advise?
