Well, maybe I am naive, but I for one appreciate their retail inventory. Yes, the prices are high. But when you really need that left-handed door latch for your screen door (and yes, there are lefts and rights), CW has it in stock.
And the sales staff often knows a lot more about the parts in question than I do.
I have never taken my trailer there for service, so I can't comment about that end of the business.
