What is the problem with Camping World?

I have never bought an RV from CW, but when we were looking, they were they only ones who made a follow up call when they found what we wanted. But we had already found and bought what we wanted.
In regard to parts, during my last visits to three different locations I noticed a lot of empty spaces and if there was something there, there didn't seem to be lot of it. For example, my buying 2 propane pigtails and 2 adapter fittings exhausted their supply. Only having minimal inventory makes me wonder about C/W.
My local RV dealer has a much deeper inventory, and their prices are better, so even if I had a C/W close, I doubt I would go there.
