I checked out the New Horizons website. One thing that caught my eye was a full fiberglass roof. I am sure it is epoxy/polyester resin and fiberglass over plywood, which is typical cabin top construction on larger (over 30') recreational boats. Done right, with the proper number of layers, it should last a lifetime. The materials are probably only a couple hundred more but the labor, is many additional man hours.
Driving a Ford Super Duty pick up on to an unsupported angled wall section is pretty impressive.
If they made a non-5er in the mid 20' length, I would want to take a serious look at it.
