We have the 26BH for our two kids (7 and 11) and our pointer mutt dog. We have been in this TT for 2 years now and love it.
Jayco also offers a single over double bunk with a storage cabinet taking up the left over space but if you ever have adult guests, they will find that upper bunk very narrow. My oldest sleeps in the upper bunk and has never fallen out of bed.
I picked the Jayco based on feedback from a friend that had a 2012 26BH. In the two years we have had ours, I have never had to return to the dealer for warranty issues. I had a few minor items that I had to fix myself but I would not hesitate to buy another Flight series again.
One thing to mention, the first year I towed the TT was with a 1500 Silverado with the 5.3/4 spd/3.42 gear and was disappointed with the towing performance. Jayco offers the 264 BH in the Swift line that is a bit lighter if you are concerned with weight. The 264 BH is similar to the Flight 26 BH but has some lower grade items and smaller tanks.
Thank you for your service.
And your reading comprehension skills:D
Greatly value your input.
