So many reviews on here or opinions of people who don't keep their trucks past 200k miles. If you plan on selling or changing rigs every 100-150k miles then pick whichever one you like best. They all make a nice truck. If you put alot of miles on them or you keep it forever then you have more to think about. I can change injectors on my Cummins on the side of the road with a small tool kit in about half a day.go get a quote for injectors on either Ford or Chevy, and it will be 20-30 hrs labor. And more money for the injectors. Same story with the head gasket. I'm not a professional mechanic, but I have changed head gaskets on Cummins in about 12hrs labor. You will have more than double that amount in the others. So few of the replies have been from people who have actually wrenched on their own truck. If you have, then it isn't a difficult choice. If you have been under the hood of a few 6.0s, you will flat out refuse to buy another Ford. A company that could sell such a terrible product to hundreds of thousands of people doesn't deserve loyalty from their customers. That's for certain.
Is 400K past 200K? if so here is mine.
Original U joints even, no rust and interior looks like new even the dash.
