I can't answer the OP's question specifically, as I've never owned a Dodge, but It was simple for me. I've been driving Fords for 35 years, and they've always been very good to me. VERY good. So why would I not stick with them? Disclaimer is, my '15 is my first diesel, so I never owned a 6.0, 0r 6.4. Otherwise, this might have been a different response. I say might because sure, I of course acknowledge the problems of those engines, but I do know personally a few people who still own them today, and never had a major problem. The 6.0 in fact (when running,) is a sweet motor. :E OK, go ahead and flame me for that last statement, but I did admit the problems, which could arguably be traced to engineering differences between Navistar and Ford. Anyway, I don't usually like to join the brand bashing threads, because I'm convinced that all the big three make great trucks, and I didn't want to open the worm can any farther than it already is, but I probably did. As for my current truck, the 6.7 is amazing, as is the comfort of the seats, transmission, ergonomics, and (IMO), appearance. So there you go :B
