All 3 major brands are good. Drive them all and pick the price that fits your budget and the one that fits your butt the best.
That's how I ended up with a Chevy instead of a Ford.
One of my friends bought a Chevy over a Ram last purchase.
He said the Ram felt like it had more power but said the Chevy is a "nicer" truck.
Rides nicer, drives nicer, more comfortable and a nicer fit and finish.
I drove a new 2017 F-250 4-wd regular cab with the 6.2L yesterday.
My Chevy would beat it for a short bit but the Ford would catch and pas me.
It sits too high for my liking and the dash seems to be really busy for some reason too. It rides a lot harder and has a bigger turning radius than my Chevy has too.
Today I'd buy another Chevy over the others.
Sorry this doesn't answer you question. :)
