I went with the Ford because my local dealer is great, I like the product and have been more than happy with the product over the last 3 trucks I've had from them. I didn't mind the Ram I tried (Longhorn 3500 SRW 6.7), in fact it was quite nice and ticked all the right boxes but for my money I felt like the Ford drove nicer, was quieter and rode better on our rough roads. Dealer was also an unknown but they seemed OK.
