I also love the tailgate step. Heck, I didn't even know they had them until earlier this year when I started looking for a truck. It' looks flimsy but is actually quite sturdy. I love the mirrors also and the low cut windows do give a better view.
My truck has SYNC (I'm sure the other two have something similar)and I wouldn't have ordered one with it but I have come to really like it. No messing with a phone and load your favorite tunes to a USB drive and you're ready for a trip.
