Here is the L5P dyno from GMPowertrain.com. It appears the turbos starts to kick in about 1,500 rpm and it doesn't make as much "natural" torque before that. As I said earlier, I know that my stock 2014 Cummins 800 lb-ft standard output made around 550 lb-ft at 1,000 rpm. Not sure what the new high output engine does.
